Did you know that the average Traditional Holiday Meal adds up to around 4000 calories…IN ONE SETTING! That doesn’t include leftover meals or several servings or plates.  To put that in perspective 3500 calories = 1 lb of fat! Those are scary statistics when one holiday meal = 1 lb of hard to lose fat. Never fear…Jazzercise of Forked River is here to help you burn some major calories before you head home to feast!
Our mission at Jazzercise of Forked River is to help YOU burn as many calories pre-bird as possible.

Who: Open to everyone in the Community!

When: 8:30 am Thanksgiving Day, Thursday November 22. Please arrive a few minutes early 

Where:  44 Manchester Street Forked River

Why: To burn Max Calories! A fun, fat burning, detoxifying, and dynamic class that will melt away those Thanksgiving calories! Delivered by Amanda with high energy music that will motivate everyone to want more!

What to Bring: A smile, visiting family and area friends, a water bottle and wear workout clothes.
