Della was originally from a shelter in Georgia, where she arrived as a stray

Della, a 7-year-old yellow lab/vizsla mix, originally arrived at the Popcorn Park shelter with a group from Georgia.

When Della, who arrived at a shelter in Georgia as a stray, came to Forked River she was thin and ill with heartworm.

Della got adopted and was in a home for several months before she was returned for “jumping on people.”
