Lacey's top administrator was arraigned in Monmouth County Superior Court at 10 a.m. this morning before Judge Francis J. Vernoia and pleaded not guilty.
Sandra Brower, currently suspended from her duties as Lacey schools superintendent, and James Habel, former Wall superintendent, were both indicted on criminal charges and will appear in court.
