Heritage Village at Seabreeze

Heritage Village at Seabreeze, a 55+ active adult community providing a new option in affordable
rental housing in Forked River, N.J., will host a program on “The Hidden
Treasures of Korean Art and Modern Korea.” The free event, which is open to the
public, will take place on Sunday, May 6 at 11:30 a.m., and will be presented by
the Korean Spirit and Culture Promotion Project (KSCPP), a non-profit
organization dedicated to raising awareness of Korean history and culture.
Space is limited and pre-registration is required by
calling (609) 242-1211.

The program will feature two
documentary films about Korea, which will illustrate the artistic and cultural
achievements of Korea’s past, and the country’s industrial achievements since
the Korean War. Members of KSCPP will then present a reenactment of a
traditional Korean wedding. Following the program, attendees will be treated to
a traditional Korean meal.
