Artist Reception

Alma, Neighbor

On Friday, November 4th from 1-4 p.m. the Lacey Branch of the Ocean County Library will be hosting an artist reception for, Bert McNomee. A Watercolor Retrospective consisting of more than 30 watercolors by Bert.

Bert McNomee is a former president of the Ocean County Artist Guild, a member of the Pine Shore Art Association and is widely known for his watercolor classes in Ocean County.
