Sept. 28: Picture Day, Farmers' Market, Library Event

Events in and around Lacey Township

1. The Lacey Township High School Parent Teacher Student Association is looking for vendors for the annual craft and vendor fair. The fair will be held on Saturday, Nov. 3 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Reservations for vendors are $35 for a 7-foot space. Reservations can be made at the high school.

2. It’s picture day at Lacey Middle School.

3. Today is the last day for Stafford Township’s Farmers’ Market, which runs at the Manahawkin Mart at East Bay Avenue from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

4. Children ages three to seven years old can stop by the Lacey Library at 10 a.m. for “Eat a Rainbow: Fabulous Fruit,” an event that will feature stories, games and a tasty treat.

5. Fall programs at Ocean County College’s Robert J. Novins Planetarium: Legends of the Night Sky is at 7 p.m. and Cosmic Colors: An Adventure Along the Spectrum is at 8:15 p.m.
