While thousands of township residents remain without power, Lacey has begun to rebuild and move forward after Hurricane Sandy, and trick or treating is one of the first representations of that.
The Lacey United Methodist Church opened its parking lot for children to Trunk or Treat. Residents parked their cars and opened their trunks as they handed out candy to children dressed up in their costumes.
