Nov. 5: Craft Fair, Bone Marrow Drive, Autumn Fun

1. A yard sale will be taking place from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. today at 37 Hilltop Drive in Lanoka Harbor. Among the goods on sale are baby and kids clothes, miscellaneous items, a crib, wooden office desk, a wicker vanity, and more.

2. Come out today to Lacey Township High School, located at 73 Haines Street, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and support the Parent Teacher Student Association's Craft Fair. Free face painting and tattoos, a gourmet café, bake sale table, gift auction, 50/50 raffle, and booths from local community organizations will be featured at the event. 3. At 2040 Route 9 in Toms River from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., a bone marrow collection drive is being held in honor of Jan (Reeves) Fitzpatrick. Fitzpatrick was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia in August of this year, please come out and donate.

4. From 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., Jakes Branch County Park in Beachwood (located at 1100 Double Trouble Road) will offer “awesome autumn fun”. There will be hayrides, a campfire, pumpkin painting, and apple cider. No preregistration required, first come, first serve. Admission is $5, and children under 3 get in free. 5. At 6:30 p.m., the Albert Music Hall in Waretown will play host to a “Legend of the Jersey Devil” show. The hall is located at 131 Wells Mill Road, and the show will feature: Heidi Olsen & The Night, Jersey Devil appears with The Libby Prison Minstrels from 8 - 8:45 p.m., Basement Musicians, Acoustic Thunder, Pickin’ Shed Jam and more to be announced.
