Annual Lacey Township Memorial Day Parade Kicks Off At 10 a.m. Monday

Parade will start at the Lacey United Methodist Church

Monday's weather should be picture-perfect for the annual Lacey Township Memorial Day parade, according to the National Weather Service.

The parade - which is sponsored by the American Legion Lacey Memorial Post 517 - will begin at the Lacey United Methodist Church and wind down Lacey Road. It will end in front of Town Hall, said Post Chaplain Bill Moss.

A memorial service will be held immediately after the parade at the Bicentennial Monument, between the police department and Town Hall.
