June 28: Paws for Reading, Committee Meeting, Strawberry Festival

1. Beginner readers can practice reading to pet therapy dogs at the library from 4 to 5 p.m.

2. There is a Committee Meeting at the Municipal Building at 7 p.m.

3. There’s a Gazebo Park Concert at the corner of Route 9 and West Bay Avenue in Barnegat from 7 to 9 p.m.

4. The Pieceful Shores Quilters Guild is holding a Strawberry Festival at the Stafford Township Community Center on Millcreek Road in Beach Haven West from 7 to 9 p.m.

5. The Ocean Theatre Company presents Man of La Mancha in the Bengal Auditorium of Barnegat High School at 8 p.m. The show is a musical inspired by Don Quixote.
