Harvest Moon Charity Ball Set for Oct. 20

All proceeds will benefit special needs children

The Lacey Elk’s Lodge’s Special Children’s Committee will hold a Harvest Moon Charity Ball on Saturday, Oct. 20 from 6 to 10 p.m.

The event, which is open to members and their guests, costs a $40 donation per person. The donation includes dinner and entertainment. Tickets are available at the Lacey Lounge or Tiki Bar.

Country style food including pulled pork, fresh baked corn break and country fried chicken will be prepared by Chef Andrew. The country and western band Whisky Revolver will provide entertainment.

Attendees should wear a country outfit to participate in the best male and female country costume contest.

The charity ball is dedicated to the late Harry “Jake” Haley, former Special Needs Committee Chairman.
