Feb. 17: Schools Closed, Chocolate Week, Hoagie Bunco
Events in and around Lacey Township
1. Schools will be closed Friday, Feb. 17 to Monday, Feb. 20 for Presidents Day weekend.
2. It’s Chocolate Week in Southern Ocean County. Area merchants will be sponsoring special events, sales, giveaways and more. Click here for more information.
3. If you had a problem with a purchase or an unreliable repairman, the Ocean County Consumer Affairs Department will be at the County Connection in Toms River from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

4. If you have an interest in gardening and horticulture stop by the County Connection at the Ocean County Mall in Toms River to meet with volunteers of the Ocean County master Gardener program from 5 to 8 p.m.
5. The Women’s Club of Lacey is holding Hoagie Bunco Mardi Gras at 6 p.m. at Community Hall. Admission is $20.
