4. There is an Ocean County Teen Arts Festival Art Exhibit at the Arts and Community Center of Ocean County College from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
5. A Jazz Concert with Derek Pierre will begin at the Tuckerton Branch of the Ocean County Library System at 7 p.m. Pierre will be at the on Feb. 18 at 2 p.m.
