Lacey Elks' Dining Around Lacey Canceled
All proceeds from the Lacey Elks event will benefit local kids with special needs
Dine around Lacey at the Elks Lodge, which was set for Monday, June 11 from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., was canceled.
The event, “Dining Around Lacey,” was to feature samples of signature dishes from local restaurants.
Admission was $20 and included the food samples, soft drinks and special entertainment. Doors open at 4 p.m.

All proceeds were to benefit local children with special needs.
“Come out and help support the Lacey Elks Lodge #2518 as we help support the community,” spokesman Jeffrey Hein said in a press release. “Help us help a neighbor.”

Tickets were available at the Elk’s Lodge, Via Napoli on Route 9 in Lanoka Harbor, or at the door.
The Lacey Elks Lodge is located at 900 Beach Boulevard in Forked River.
