Aug. 7: Courage From Kyle Fundraiser, National Night Out, Breast Cancer Discussion

1. There’s a Courage From Kyle pasta fundraiser at Lefty’s Tavern in Barnegat at 11 a.m. Lefty’s will donate 50 percent of all pasta dinners and 15 percent of all other entrees to this non-profit, that provides support and services to families of Southern Ocean County currently fighting cancer.

2. The is holding a Susan G. Komen Breast Health Awareness event at 10 a.m. There will be an open discussion on breast health. Refreshments will be provided.

3. The Surflight Theatre presents the Sound of Music at 2 and 8 p.m. Admission is $36.

4. Ship Bottom Cruise Night is from 5 to 9 p.m. and will feature antique and collectible cars, hot rod trucks, motorcycles and live music.

5. There is an outdoor concert for National Night Out in Bayview Park in Brant Beach from 7 to 9 p.m.
