April 18: Flavor of the Jersey Shore, Book Unveiling and More

1. Surflight Theatre in Beach Haven presents the Rat Pack Revue at 2 p.m.

2. The girl’s varsity lacrosse team will be competing at at 3:30 p.m. There is also a home track meet against Central Regional at 3:30 p.m.

3. The Origami Club will be meeting at the from 4 to 5 p.m. Children 9 to 12 years old can participate.

4. The is hosting “Flavor of the Jersey Shore” at 6:30 p.m. Admission is $20 and includes an all-you-can-eat sampling, soft drinks and desserts. Restaurants participating include , Kate and Ally’s, , , , Vesuvio’s Restaurant, , , Sprinkle Shack and more. The night will include music and door prizes.

5. Local Author Karen Riley will be unveiling her latest book on the Pine Barrens at the at 7 p.m. A presentation will include a slideshow of photos taken of the Pine Barrens through the years.
