Two Ocean County Men Indicted on Charges of Heroin Possession in Middletown
The charges allege the men were found with illegal drugs in town last Sept. 4
Two men were indicted Tuesday on charges of drug possession in Middletown Township on Sept. 4, according to court documents.
James Wareham, 27, of Forked River will answer in court to charges of heroin/cocaine possession.
Jonathan C. Myers, 34, of Bayville will stand trial on heroin possession charges.
The grand jury's decision to indict is a formal charge, not a conviction.
The charges are third degree offenses, punishable by a potential 3-5 year prison sentence if convicted.

Can't rehab a doper...they only go to rehabs to live than go right back at it... Can't hire and pay them well cause you become their enabler... And lots of dopers are coming from these doctors prescribing them pain killers to the point they become addicted then doc stops and off to the dope they go....truth... Don't get mad... Prove me wrong.... Please!

i dated jimmy warham for a good while, and being a recovering drug addict myself, i think jail might do him some good. that is if he chooses to take something from it...
