He was treated for his high level of intoxication and sent to Ocean County Jail with bail set at $25,000.

The cop had it coming?...Why? because the drunk couldn't be controlled by his family? Oh thats right hes not a bad guy,,right? Oh lets let him out of jail and fill him up with more drinks hell lets give him a gun too! We may as well give him a car after that and see who else he can injure or kill! This piece of crap should be locked up and the key should be thrown away!

Defiantly doesn't deserve to be locked up forever lol but I agree we have to grant the police some area to use force on a drunk asshole looking for trouble like this guy. The guy should get a month or two.
