PHOTOS: Lacey Marching Band Wins First Competition of 2012

The Lacey Township High School Marching Band recently competed in the Cavalcade of Bands circuit at Woodstown High School in Woodstown.

As part of the Independence Division, Lacey was up against six other bands and took first place with a score of 77.90. The band not only won their division but had the highest score of all the bands competing.

The band performed a show entitled The North Face. The songs of the 2012 Field Show included Minimally Speaking 1 The Journey Begins, Minimally Speaking 2 The Death Zone, The Final Push and Joy.

Feels good to here good things about our Lacey students . The pride they have in our school, There new Principal , new Superintendent, Just plane feels good. Keep up the good work.

Congratulations (a little grudgingly ;-) ) to Lacey HS for their first place win tonight at Delsea - (My son, Sean Frederick, is a Senior at Riverside - second place - but he plays the BIG bass drum, (first place, percussion) )
