A free Superstorm Sandy Insurance Claim Seminar will be held at the Lacey Elks Lodge on Wednesday, March 13 at 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m.
Attorney Joseph A. Porcelli will run the seminar. Porcelli has already offered eight at the Ocean County Library in Toms River where over 225 people attended.
“Many homeowners and businesses have sustained considerable property damage in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy and since most property damage claims have not been resolved as of yet, there is still plenty of time to seek legal advice prior to reporting a claim or while the claim is being adjudicated,” a news release said.
Residents who are not satisfied with their insurance company’s assessment and reimbursement, there is time to appeal, the release said.
Each seminar will consist of prepared remarks by various experts, including Porcelli and a minimum of a one-hour question and answer session.
Porcelli encourages residents to bring their insurance documentation so their specific questions can be immediately answered.
Although the seminars are free, since space is limited, advance registration is required. Call 732-244-4451, 877-529-9191 or emailing SandyClaims@AttorneyPorcelli.com.
Seminars will also be held:
