A Forked River man has been indicted on counts of robbery and weapons possession in connection with a February incident in Lacey.
Vincente G. Peek, 19, was indicted on a count of first-degree robbery, second-degree possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and fourth-degree unlawful possession of a weapon by an Ocean County grand jury sitting in Toms River.
Peek allegedly robbed Kurt Maniaci and a juvenile at knifepoint on Feb. 4 when Peek and a Barnegat teen encountered Maniaci and the other teen while walking in the Barnegat Pines section of town.
Peek was released on $150,000 bail, no 10 percent option, on May 19. As a condition of his bail, he is to have no contact with the victims.
