Forked River Man Indicted For Eluding
Others indicted for theft, promoting obscene material
A 51-year-old Forked River man is facing an eluding charge after being indicted by an Ocean County grand jury.
Daniel J. Ferris, Enterprise Drive, is accused of fleeing from a Lacey patrolman on July 15, according to the indictment. He is being held in the Ocean County Jail in Toms River in lieu of $30,000 bail.
Others indicted were:
Rachel K. Nani, 21, of Radcliff Road, Lanoka Harbor, for breaking into a woman’s car, stealing her wallet and credit cards, and using one of them at the Lacey Shop Rite on June 22.
Carson Schuller, 40, of Maple Street, Waretown, for promoting obscene material by giving a picture of male genitalia to someone less than 18 years old.
Vincant G. Maulbeck, 22, of Parker Avenue, Forked River, for stealing a woman’s car, breaking into two other vehicles, stealing two credit cards and using them at Wawas in Lacey and Manchester on May 21.
Matthias F. Petrovich, 39, of Tappan Street, Forked River, for having a stolen oxygen regulator owned by Community Surgical in Toms River on May 15.
