Community Continues Search for Rocky the Boxer
Search group enlists the help of a local pet psychic and seeks volunteers
The search for a Boxer named Rocky continues but this time with the help of a pet psychic.
I Lost My Dog, an organization formed several years ago as a resource for people needing help finding lost dogs, recently engaged the help of local pet psychic Barbara Goodfriend who pinpointed a specific area where Rocky may be located and reported that the dog is weak without much time to be found.
The psychic believes Rocky may be found in the area behind Trolly Tours, Epoxy Flooring and Master Radiator and Transmission. She had envisioned a master sign, a dumpster with a green light on it, a wooden crate, the buses, a pond and traffic.
“That bus area is said to be his reference point,” Goodfriend told the group.
Today, the group was searching Industrial Park near Trolly Tours and Camp Bow Wow and will continue the hunt through the weekend.
The group has spent more than four months trying to track down Rocky, who ran away just as he was arriving at the home of his new adoptive family in Forked River.
To help find Rocky, I Lost My Dog put information, pictures and a downloadable flyer on their website www.ilostmydog.org. The website contains helpful information for people anywhere looking for their missing canine.
A Facebook page, Help Find Rocky, has 498 people following it and has been providing up to the minute updates on the search.
If anyone has see Rocky or if you wish to volunteer, call 609-276-4939.

this dog is running out of time . he has been spotted a few times all within the same area usually in the early morning hours behind pheasant run and now in the industrial park. i,ve spent time walking those woods and driving around that area looking for him and the chances of finding him are getting better but like i said time is running out. if anyone should spot him dont wait till hours later to call the sooner the better for this dog to get back home.

This is the first that I have heard of Rocky and he has been missing for four months? "I Lost My Dog" does good work. I have gone on their website. I hope that Rocky is found and ends up in a home that will keep him safe.
