Your personal commitment was incredibly helpful and allowed us to reach our goal. Your assistance means so much to us but even more to Daniel E. Inglis and his family. Thank you from all of us.

Daniel Inglis, the 24 year old Union Police Officer and former volunteer firefighter for Lanoka Harbor, was injured in a single vehicle accident on Christmas Eve, 2011. During the collision, he sustained severe injuries that left him paralyzed.  The fundraiser that was held in April raised funds that will assist Daniel and his family with the expenses of his continued treatment. 

This past Thursday, Dr. Pollack and his staff had the honor of meeting with the parents of Daniel Inglis, Lyn and Dan, to present the funds.  Lyn and Dan were very thankful and appreciative.  “We always knew there were good people in the world, but, since this happened (the accident), we never knew how many there were.  Thank you.” Dan said during the meeting.  Lyn told us that Daniel is slowly making progress in his condition, and remains hopeful and positive about his recovery.
